If your item arrives faulty or not as expected, please reach out to our team and we’ll take care of it promptly.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered, giving you peace of mind when shopping with us.

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unopened, unused, with original tags or packaging intact. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Products must be undamaged, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and returned within 30 days of this initial notification.

Return Process

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Shipping Costs:
Please note that shipping costs for returns, except in the case of faulty or damaged products, are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages and Issues
We love happy tails and satisfied customers! Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 5 days if your item is defective, damaged, or if you’ve received the wrong product. We’ll do our best to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Pet Items
To protect all our fur babies, we cannot accept returns on the following:
- Perishable pet goods (e.g. treats, chews, food)
- Custom or personalised pet products (e.g. engraved tags, monogrammed items)
- Pet grooming items or opened personal care products
- Used pet beds, toys, or apparel
- Hazardous materials or flammable items (e.g. certain sprays or disinfectants)
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get what your furry friend needs is to return your item (if eligible). Once we’ve processed your return and issued store credit, you can place a new order for the item you'd prefer.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to explain. Items must be in the same condition that you received them—unopened, unused, with tags and original packaging—and proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and carefully inspected by our team, we’ll be in touch to let you know the outcome 🐾
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. We are committed to providing refunds, repairs, or replacements for pet products that are faulty, unsafe, or significantly different from their description. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your statutory rights.
