- Orders placed before 12PM AEST (Monday to Friday) are typically processed and dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 12PM AEST, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Express orders are prioritised, but may still require up to 1 business day for processing before dispatch.

Please allow extra time during busy periods such as new product launches, sales events, and holiday seasons (e.g. Christmas). The Pawfect Trio is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, and refunds will not be issued for late deliveries once dispatched.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking link for the latest updates.
If you're not home at the time of delivery, Australia Post may leave your parcel in a safe location or issue a missed delivery card.
If your parcel is not collected in time and is returned to us, a re-delivery fee will apply before it can be shipped out again.
Address Accuracy:
Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. The Pawfect Trio cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items:
If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or is missing products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@thepawfecttrio.com
International Shipping:
At this time, we ship within Australia only. We hope to expand to international markets in the near future—stay tuned!
